Jayson & his dad Jodie have been cleaning our pool for about 3 years, 1.5 of which I have owned it. They were consistent and nice, until recently. We were away in June & July this year, and they stopped cleaning our pool in July with no notice. We came home the first of August to find our pool green and disgusting. We called and texted the owner, Jayson Kay, but he has not replied. No letters, no calls, no notice whatsoever. Unfortunately, it leaves us with no choice but to pursue this in a smalls claims court.
Stream Water Pools is a dedicated company. They always keep our pool looking nice and I have never had any complaints. We recommended to a family friend and they have the same compliments to say about this company. They don't mind going out of their way and stay on top of it all the time!
