This company changed the surface of our pool in 2018, we were told that the materials are under 20 years of warranty. In 2020 the surface had already cracked, we contacted the owner Alfert and he said that he will claim the warranty and since then we cannot reach him, he is not answering his phone. Don't waste your time and money, the services are very poor.
One week after the job we called for talk about problems… The guy never answered… blocked my phone! Have two years!!!! 2 years !!!! Never more!!!!!
Came out yesterday to fix a problem with vacuum not working . Diagnosed quickly and fixed. Very polite and professional. Will use again.
