Responsive and efficient. They stuck to the calendar and scope of work, kept to the budget, owned the (minor) screwup and made everything right. No job is perfect, ever, but Chris and David made it as frictionless as possible, and even made good on a "handshake" commitment that they didn't have to. Recommended.
