Management: The management for this building has been rotating yearly for the past few years. They manage multiple buildings, so they might not be in the office during regular hours. They respond to official communications via the property management portal, but occasionally ignore emails and drop face-to-face communication if you come into the office to resolve an issue. I lived with my partner in this building for two years. When apartment hunting, our two requirements were a parking spot for the car and locked bike storage for our bikes (not just one bike rack in a parking spot in the garage). This building met the criteria with its locked bike room that had a numbered keypad on the door for our bikes and an open spot in their garage for the car. I love the perch apartments, the property management company is fantastic, and the landscaping is beautiful must have great landscapers
The property manager was very nice when I toured the property! The units I was shown were very clean and I am definitely looking forward to to using the upstairs BBQ Area!
