This stuff is AMAZING!!! A little work required but a few hours replaced 4 years of wasted effort with soap and water. It took 3-5 passes with medium stiff bristle brush and all the black steaks (and dirt) are gone. I've tried dozens of products and nothing really got the black off...they made it "lighter" but didn't remove them...THIS STUFF DID! Finished it off with the polish and it looks showroom new. VERY IMPRESSED! Worth the $$
