I had a phone conversation with Dawn, the receptionist? at this office, and it was frustrating. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to handle even basic tasks properly. The experience left me feeling sorry for the doctor, as this interaction reflected poorly on the office as a whole.

Been coming to see Dr. Strazzella and referring him to others for 25 years. Seems to be the "Only" doctor that knows anything about anything. He is personable and has a very well organized office Staff. These are people you can trust and know they remember you and care.
