Dropped in while traveling and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called ahead and Professor Roger was welcoming from the first conversation, which set the tone for everything that followed. I trained in the adult gi classes with Professor Tyler and Professor Evan, and both were sharp, clear instructors who took the time to make a visitor feel like part of the room. My husband has trained here for 4 years, and he still loves to go as often as he can. Roger has always been so wonderful to our children and family throughout this journey, while also building and maintaining a welcoming and friendly training environment. The coaches will help you down any path you choose to take, whether that’s competing regularly, finding a new way to stay in shape, or learning self defense, there is an avenue for everyone. Highly recommend.

I’m from Arizona, and I’ve been fortunate to be able to train at Stray dogs when I visit. Very knowledgeable professors, and the environment is great. Love this gym!
