Service people were helpful with a phone call to advise some things that should be done. Maintenance was done quickly
Good communication and problem solving was my experience with Jeremy and straws auto. Luckily I didn't need transmission work done other than a transmission oil and filter change. It solved the problem I had with shifting.
When I am at work, I’m an hour from home. If I am concerned about something pertaining to my vehicle, I call Straws. They want to make sure that I feel safe in my travels and have me bring my vehicle in. I leave there feeling secure for my trip home.
