I stopped here, on the way to VA Beach bc I was having difficulties with the brakes on my travel trailer. They spend so e time helping me try to figure out the problem. Although the problem couldn't be solved right then, I was very grateful to them for helping so on the spot and didnt charge me anything for doing so.

So they said I needed an e brake for inspection. Fine. Never use it. 7 months later have to do my front brakes. Im doing them bc I dont trust garages no more. Can't set my e brake. Won't even push down. Great. A/c dont work. New compressor. Bought new 37 inch tires. Still wearing on outside of tire. 4 new uppers. Dont ask. Grinding when I picked it up the first time. I had an unexpected break down on the day I was going out of town. I made it to Straws, and figured I would be renting a car for my trip. Jeremy was awesome, really AWESOME, and fit me in that same day. Gave me an estimate and fully explained all repairs. Telling me it was.likely to be finish later in the day tomorrow. I got a call the same day at the end of the day, ITS DONE!. we have used Straws many times and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Glenn and Jeremy are the best! Thank you for all you do!
