Dr. Womack is the best doctor I have ever encountered. She asks caring, intelligent questions and always makes sure she gives me a chance to give any input or concerns. Despite being super busy, she never acts rushed and makes sure I get everything covered every visit with a full plan to follow up at the end of every appointment. She only gives recommendations and doesn’t make me feel guilty for any hesitation I have about meds… also cares about my mental health. I HIGHLY recommend Holly Womack.
I have never been so disrespected. Ignored and played with a I have here. My husband is on 3 weeks of not having a medication that is needed in a consistent basis. I have sent more than 10 mychart messages. They finally say they will send the prescription. Then don't do the PA. They are slow, inconsistent and unprofessional. If you value your health, don't go here. They don't.
The staff, Kathy, and Sue, were warm and welcoming. Dr. Womack is easy to talk to, took her time, and was very kind and non-dismissive. The only issue is it took me a full year to see Dr. Womack after making a new patient appointment, which was more of a meet and greet. Now I have to wait another full calendar year for my physical and bloodwork to take place. Dr. Womack seems to be in high demand, rightfully so, but this kind of scheduling really delays any routine health monitoring and puts patients at risk.
The Doctors and Nurses do not care about the patients. They don't listen and talk over you. They treat you like a drug addict if you have a prescription. Doesn't matter what kind either. I get migraines and getting them to fill my prescription is a nightmare monthly. I've been on medication for adhd for 28 years and they don't fill my prescription on time knowing my blood pressure is dangerously high when I'm not on it. Appointment Scheduling Nightmare! Securing a simple medical appointment shouldn't be an ordeal, but my recent experience proved otherwise. I finally snagged an appointment—only to be told months later it needed rescheduling... for seven months later. The constant turnover of doctors added to the frustration. How can patients receive quality care when there's no consistency? This is disrespectful and unprofessional!
