Both practices I have visited in this building had great staff and service and a great NP in the PCP office
No doctor’s office has left my MyChart messages on read… repeatedly. This practice is an absolute disaster. Cannot do simple things like follow up or submit PAs or refill scripts. It’s honestly disrespectful.
its sad I didn’t want to write this review but if you’re looking for a good doctor don’t schedule with Dr. Jia. She’s very incompetent, I had to tell her how to prescribe and treat me, she has not idea what she’s talking about and makes you feel invisible. After an ongoing issue, she’s scheduled a telehealth and at the end of the call she hang up on me when feeling confronted with medical questions. Save yourself some time and see someone else.
I've seen several providers here, and they have all been very professional and kind. The building is accessible. The front desk staff is kind. I've had a lot of bad experiences in healthcare, but none at this office. I mostly see Dr. Bader and he's really great.
