I've seen several providers here, and they have all been very professional and kind. The building is accessible. The front desk staff is kind. I've had a lot of bad experiences in healthcare, but none at this office. I mostly see Dr. Bader and he's really great.
Genuinely one of the worst primary care offices I have ever had the displeasure of being a patient to. Next week it’s been one month since my appointment - I was prescribed an inhaler and it needs a prior authorization and insurance approval. It’s sat like this at CVS for multiple weeks now. You can’t get in contact with anyone at the office, they will read and ignore your messages, and nobody ever calls you back.
