I've had such a great efficient and lovely experience with this surgery recently that I felt compelled to share a review as I don't think the low Google review score reflects the service I received. Good surgery in newbury
We have just moved into the area so this is now our practice. I had to call for an emergency appointment and the lady I spoke to was really helpful and fit me in at short notice with an available doctor. I checked in using the digital screen but the receptionist also did greet me too. I noticed she was really polite throughout the time I was there and friendly to every patient that came through, even trying to accommodate people that were late to their appointment.
