The man who runs this shop and his colleague have such big hearts. They are honest, good hearted mechanics who work with diligent care. They easily could have made $500 off me and I would never have known any better. Instead the owner told me how to make a warranty claim on a defective part. He did this after spending at least 45 minutes diagnosing an issue. His colleague also stayed late on a Saturday to help me diagnose the issue beforehand.
