I currently bought a home in this subdivision and not even 3 months into me being in the home my doors will not close , dish washer leaks , AC went out ,and cracks in my wall . I have reach out multiple times about the issues .I was told I would have warranty and help within the first year on my home being purchased(when I picked up my keys by Shawnene) I was told that “ this happens with new homes and that they would not help with the issue “.
