The arrangement was beautiful. My fiancé loved it
I placed an order for next-day delivery, received an email confirmation that it was successfully delivered, only to find out that the order was never actually delivered and the shop never even assembled the bouquet. It wasn’t until going in-person to the shop that they realized what the issue was and resent the flowers. I asked for some kind of acknowledgement of the delay and inconvenience by granting me a partial refund and didn’t receive anything. Disappointing experience.
Mary handled the floral arrangements for our wedding at Navy Beach this past September. She was a joy to work with and was reasonably priced. Working with local vendors made it so that we didn’t have to worry about the logistics on the day of. Thanks again Mary!
