Been living here only 4 months and there has been issues with hot water 2 times, the first time water heater was out for almost a week currently hot water is an issue again after 2 months. Bad mice infestation. Tire dumping is finally under control someone dumped tired in my garage. The greenway is full of shoppings carts and trash most of the time loose bicycles as well. I started using Twin City seed last year. My front yard had just patchy grass now it is lush and green. Love the seed.
Welcome to Strawberry Commons recycling residence. Turn and run, don't live here. All buildings are infested with mice and roaches. The boiler baseboard heating is terrible. Plumbing is awful, and the AC units are old and useless. Each unit is privately owned. Therefore, nobody takes responsibility for the living conditions. Expect to make repairs yourself if you want them done correctly. The photos show you what to expect. Several units are owned by slum lords. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to live.
If I could give this business anything lower than one star. I would do it. On the 18th of October. There were two pipes that busted On the 19th there was a handyman named Brandon that came in and chopped holes in my walls and just left him. The following Monday, the flood started again. It took management until Tuesday evening to do anything about. NEVER LIVE HERE! I want out. There are a lot of mice too. They will not do anything about.
