I’ve never respected a place that has management or owners that can’t step in and help their team at times when it’s busy it really sets the standard and shows where their priorities are unfortunately. The owner seems too worried about looking great while his team suffers behind him. I see how hard working all those kids are and they still have a smile on their faces.
