This is a long overdue review. I feel like I've been in such a deep fog for the past 5 years. When my husband passed away, I was scared, alone, and to be honest, desperate. I'm ashamed at my first phone call to Mr. Straussner because I was in tears and was probably hard to understand. But he listened, was reassuring, and understanding. They were hands down the most arrogant, ball dropping, unavailable law firm. Ben Helquist in particular was horrible, nearly costing my husband hundreds of thousands in lost dollars had we not caught his mis-steps and changed firms. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Great attorney, she really took the time to listen to me and showed she really cared about my injury and case. This is a great firm!
I had a fantastic experience with Josh Roberts representing me in my workers comp case. Josh was really compassionate and funny, and he got me a settlement I’m happy with. I can’t imagine having a better experience or outcome with another attorney.
