It is very difficult to contact this office by phone to schedule a visit. When they moved they never contacted their patients to inform them of the change.
Difficult to schedule an office appointment by phone. Office is often closed during the day or they are in vacation. Staff messages are difficult to follow; the messages are spoken too quickly to follow and usually one must call multiple times to understand and write down the the message.
Dr. Strauss is a very genuine, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. When I described my symptoms to him, he never once made me feel insecure, or that I was making my symptoms up (unlike my PCP). Dr. Strauss takes his time (doesn't rush me) and is thorough. On a side note, I love that he genuinely takes interest in his patients and doesn't view them as just another dollar sign. We need more doctors like him.
No communication.
Dr. Strauss is a caring doctor who takes the time to listen to all concerns. He never rushes you and is very thorough. My migraine headaches have decreased by over 75%. Glad to have found Dr. Strauss.
