Very Disappointed – Dishonest and Unreliable Service I had a terrible experience recently when I bought a suit here for an upcoming wedding. They didn’t have my size in stock, but the manager assured me they could order it. A week later, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. My husband & I have been so happy with Strauss at Mapleview. The #1 reason for that is - Mo! He makes us feel welcome and takes such great care in finding the perfect ensembles for my husband. We have been back a few times and Mo’s level of service, attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding whether we are making a purchase, just looking or doing a refund. The store has a great selection and there are different price points available. The one-stop-shop is great as well … you can get outfitted head to toe!
Had a very good experience today when I brought my son in to get a suit for prom. Even though the place was very busy, Moe spent plenty of time helping my son try on different items and find a suit with an appropriate cut and fit, and a shirt, tie and pocket square to make the outfit pop. Great customer service.
