Went in to browse for a sports blazer. Left 10 minutes later with one in hand. Didn't catch ladies name but there was no pressure, very helpful trying few different options and overall a pleasant shopping experience. Not all dudes like shopping (even for themselves)
Exceptional service and knowledge, presented in a friendly and calm manner. Holly was quick to help us find the perfect dress shirt and provided her opinion which was appreciated! She also informed us of tailoring services to shorten the sleeve length - which I needed. Her coworkers were also greatly helpful when I visited again when she was off. Shout out to Holly and the team at this Strauss location for taking care of me!
