This place is a joke, they do not perform any research or due diligence once so ever. I have contacted them time and time again to go with a settlement over a judgement New England Tech put against me even though I owed them nothing, I had fafsa/student aid. Nothing to do with NEIT however those crooks and these incompetent lawyers keep trying to either "garnish wages" send me court orders etc. I have called numerous times to create a settlement after telling them this shouldn't have happened and then their paralegal or some... read more
They were extremely rude. They never called me back with any updates.
Horrible customer service from Nichole Duwhatever! She is very rude & pushy to clients and tried to force me to still speak with her after she got loud and nasty with me over the phone. There are some very sweet people that work here but she is a disaster waiting to happen! I even had my grandmother call and she told the other people in the office to direct our calls right to her.
I’ve been working with this office to resolve an outstanding debt, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have been on multiple calls trying to get this resolved promptly. Most recently, after submitting documentation and an asset form that was described to me as urgent— on 11/10—I received no confirmation via email or phone.
