I have reached out through emails and nothing. I requested what card is this due to because i just paid off 5 cards in two weeks. Recieved a letter to go to court over ganishment, i will take the sick day and show up
Everybody is having the same experience I am having. The legal assistant is nothing other than rude, ignorant and says she can't give certain advice on the phone because she's not the attorney however she tries acting like the attorney on the phone. This entire firm is crooked. No wonder people have negative reviews on this place. What a joke. I tried getting information on how I go about paying my judgement and all I got was "well you just pay it and thats it" I feel like its unbeknownst to them that you can make a payment ... read more
This place is a joke, they do not perform any research or due diligence once so ever. I have contacted them time and time again to go with a settlement over a judgement New England Tech put against me even though I owed them nothing, I had fafsa/student aid. Nothing to do with NEIT however those crooks and these incompetent lawyers keep trying to either "garnish wages" send me court orders etc. I have called numerous times to create a settlement after telling them this shouldn't have happened and then their paralegal or some... read more
