Dr.Straughn Clayton is very rude to patients, not professional, not serviceable and not willing to provide high quality service to patients on the pretext that she staff is sick and she is the only one available to take patients. She is unable to provide the patient's medical records for more than 2 months even after multiple calls. She will not pick calls and whenever she does she is irritated with lack of professional ethics. I will never recommend this Dr. to anyone. Thank you

If 0 stars was an option i would use it. The staff in this office is very unprofessional and do not understand medical process or billing. My husband liked the doctor himself, but once my insurance company had to call them and tell them to reimburse us for over billing we never went back. While we were with them I lost the prescription they wrote and had to ask for a new one. They gave us a new one and when we found the old one realized it was 2 different prescriptions. I’m trying to find a new primary care dr. in the area. I set up an appointment with Dr. Straughn and on the day of my appointment I was told he would not be able to see me because the area code of my phone number is from another state. I was also asked what state I obtained my medical insurance in. This has never been a problem for any other doctor I have visited.
