Horribly rude to customer service workers. Watching grown men throw tantrums was something else. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional, emotional and unreasonable this team was.

This company is a joke, my grandfather is who 82 years old couldn't believe that they asked him for his date of birth at one of their stores when he purchased lottery tickets. He then tells me that the clerk told him if he didn't provide his date of birth, that the clerk wouldn't sell him the tickets and would get fired if the clerk went ahead and sold him the tickets without a date of birth according to their "new ID policy". Absolutely braindead and paranoid corporation, requiring age and now D.o.b for buying a scratcher or alcohol as if showing an ID isn't enough to these people. This corporation deserves to be sued into oblivion.

I will not name in Detail which location I experienced this.. But strauch co is a self absorbed company. When covid 1st hit and masks were required they did not require this of customers. Employee's saftey was put at risk so sales would not have to suffer. (Also refused a meeting with the owner because I knew this would be the outcome...)
