Drove 45 minutes to get tires replaced and they ordered the wrong size. The parts coordinator wanted to argue with me on two separate occasions on their mistake. Offered 0 reimbursement or any help for the inconvenience. Came back to wait over 2 hours for an alignment and two tire replacements beyond insane. Crystal has been nothing but an absolute pain to work with please find someone new.
My car was taken in to be repaired after a rear collision in September. I received my car back in early October. The body work seemed fine. However, the back glass had been exploded all through the car and when I got my car back, the glass was not completely cleaned up.
