So to start with I bought a new 2024 Nissan Sentra from Straub. Upon purchase they told me first three oil changes were free. That was a lie they did two and on the third the charged 100 and some odd dollars. While doing the oil change they came and showed me my cabin air filter and said it would need replaced at the next oil change or I could do it now. I opted to wait. We went in for an oil change in my Ram pickup as we always do. Everyone is always friendly, greet us my name. The service is fast, they always update us on progress of anything we have done.
Extremely nice people quick service and great mechanics
I was sent an email supposedly with a questionnaire in it but it was not there. The two ladies working the service desk was a 10! Polite ,worked with me for what I needed and they got it. Service was great for what I had to have done. They are top notch!! Thanks Ladies!!!
Service techs need more training. Told me that my wheel bearing noise was normal. I changed the bearing and fixed the noise. Should have been covered under my warranty but cost me money out of my pocket. Highly recommend going somewhere else for service
