What's my favorite Houston shop and why? By far Stratus Vapes in Webster. They might not have the biggest selection but they definitely have the quality. I've been there every single day consecutively for 3 weeks just to hang out, vape, play Xbox and most importantly build! The two main people you'll meet at the storefront is Donald or Kyle.
