I recently visited Stratus Surfaces and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Angela who guided me to the showroom, where I grabbed a complimentary bottle of water before exploring their beautiful selection of slabs. What truly made the visit stand out was the convenience—they provided carts so I could easily transport the tile samples I brought with me to compare with granite options. Lacey helped my husband and I with our selection process and was an absolute gem. She asked if we had paint samples with us (we did not) and she went to the office and brought back the entire sample book which really helped with our selection. There was a great selection to chose from and we even were asked by the men moving stone around if we wanted anything to let them know. If you are looking for countertops, Stratus Surfaces has a huge variety of stone slabs to choose from! They had the best selection and more importantly, the particular granite we wanted. Lacey was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their inventory. Highly recommend Stratus Surfaces!
Went to Stratus Surfaces yesterday looking for new countertops for my house. Lacey helped us and she was great! My wife described what she was looking for and she helped us find two that we get to decide from. So many selections to choose from. Customer service is so important and Lacey’s greeting at the door and professionalism throughout our visit was great. I will certainly refer a family or friend to Stratus Surfaces in the future!
