this place is lame as hell, the whole staff is super rude. i asked for a towel cuz the room i booked didn't have any in it, the front desk lady told me i couldnt i have anything until housekeeping was here and that was the nxt day. the room itself smelled bad like moldy feet it was bad. the room key didnt wotk and i had to constantly go back to front desk so they cld open my door.. very inconvenient.

The King Deluxe we were in - the toilet handle was broken, I could not flush my poop! I was so embarrassed, haha. The shower head was broken too so the water could not switch to shower mode. I told the front desk lady and she kindly gave us another room. We took a look and it was all good so that was okay. The room looked nice but serviceable. 3rd time coming here. Always great about early/late check ins/outs. Rooms are always so big no matter what one you get.
