I live in Oak Harbour in Altamonte Springs, Florida and am on the Board for Section 4. We have be using Stratus Roof for our roofing needs since 2024. We obtained estimates from other companies and found Stratus to be fairly priced. The materials they use are high quality. They explain their process every step of the way. I will start by saying I have never worked with this company however I had to leave my lane completely as one of their drivers completely cut me off and forced me out of my lane for no reason. After driver passed me he continued to cut off other people. I called Stratus to inform them of such and heard I was going to be reached out to ASAP so that I can send them the video but no one reached out.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Arthur Knapp, owner of Stratus Roofing, for engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, and unconscionable business practices in connection with a roof replacement and related interior repairs performed for my client, Ms. Castor. Experience was pretty good at first.. However, I had some roof issues shortly after and told Ryan, but he didn’t answer. Followed up with the office so Jozue came back. They didn’t bring the needed equipment, even though I told them beforehand, so they didn’t finish. I followed up, but they never returned or responded. At the time, things seemed ok so I just monitored for the time being. Another thing to note is that they also subcontract work and most of their roofers only speak Spanish.
