Experience was pretty good at first. Before and during the job, Ryan was easy to deal with and nice. Sway was too. However, I had some roof issues shortly after the work and told Ryan, but he didn’t answer. Later, Sway and another guy came, had to use my ladder and hose, and sprayed water on the roof to see if there was any leaks. **Buyer beware** Incredibly unprofessional. Our entire area had damages caused by roofer negligence. Flooding from mesh skylight covers, leaks, busted pipes from nails, destroyed plants and objects, and so much trash and nails that were never cleaned up. We still have a porta potty sitting here 3 weeks later. None of roofers speak english and it makes them look even more incompetent. My insurance recommended Stratus after my roof was damaged by Hurricane Milton. I am so glad I reached out to them. I specially want to thank Mark and Juliana for their communication and making this process flawless. The team did a GREAT job fixing the roof and painting the interior of the house. This is the insurance co prefered roofer and they did an excellent job. They even refunded the deductable, because the insurance co paid that. Thanks Mark Mazer for being the goto person, even when it was not your area of expertize.
