Very happy with the quality of service we receive from Stratus. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, the cleaning is top notch and the follow up is greatly appreciated!
After trying to resolve issues with cleaning services for months, we finally terminated our contract with Stratus in January 2025. We were billed for a full month of service for our final month, but only half a month was completed. I emailed multiple times to arrange for a refund beginning in February 2025. I did receive a couple replies that indicated the refund will be coming, but they stopped replying to all emails in March. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Sub-par cleaning and very unprofessional.
We've had Stratus cleaning our office for almost 2 years now. They've provided and great service and we're always happy with the quality of the clean. They're on time and friendly to deal with. I would recommend you give them a try!

Ongoing Concern Regarding Carpet Cleaning Service and Lack of Compensation On April 30th, I conducted a walk-through of my massage clinic with one of your cleaners and a manager. We discussed a straightforward cleaning job: carpets in four rooms and the front entrance mat. While the cleaner seemed unsure during the walk-through, we completed it and they left.
