My experience with Stratus was terrible. I expected a professional cleaning service, the reviews are good and being in the city I expected some losses from time to time but this was such a headache. Did a walk through with a rep and he seemed knowledgeable and assured so we went with stratus. The morning of the cleaning 2 men drove up in a beat up suv with a ladder sticking out of it!
