After each time my office is supposedly cleaned, my staff finds that floors are not mopped or swept. Basically paying them to change out the trash cans. Complained numerous times and we were promised a "deep cleaning" of our office. During this "deep cleaning", whoever was in my office knocked the ceiling tiles so hard that my desk was COVERED in debris from the ceiling! Very nice customer service as always! Our office windows were dirty after all this winter's rain. Stratus Building Solutions took care of our cleaning needs in a timely manner. We are well satisfied with the service.
