I would trust Chris and Team Stratus with anything we have. We utilize their service at many of our amenity centers. They do exactly what they say the will do, and are super responsive if we need to add a day or additional cleaning. Chris is a rock star and his staffing is always courteous, and responsible.
This company not only believes in not showing up even though they are taking our payments but they also believe in not doing the work as promised when they do show up. In a 3 month period they came to clean maybe twice . they were scheduled to come every week. We paid 360.00 a month for a 3 page list of obligations and the agreement to clean our center once a week. Whoever is on the cleaning crew deserves a medal and possibly their own protein shake flavor. No matter how hard people try to destroy this gym with sweat, chalk, and mystery locker room smells, this place somehow stays spotless. The equipment shines, the bathrooms are actually usable, and I’ve seen cleaner floors here than in some hospitals. Appreciate the hard work Stratus, you all are the real MVPs of this gym!
