Priscilla and team have been so easy to work with. We manage our locations in Southern CA remotely and have worked with the team on a cleaning strategy/schedule that works wonderfully for our business. By far the best team in the area!
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Calls went unanswered, follow-ups were ignored, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. In an industry where reliability and communication are key, they fell short on both. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve, but for now, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
We were recently on the hunt for a new vendor to complete office cleanings for our law firm. Stratus' prices were competitive and the manager was communicative. The two-person team was friendly and efficient. We look forward to welcoming them back!
