I have a shop in Santa Monica 3rd street promenade and working with this company almost a year now and I used to work with bunch of cleaning companies but this is the best one I’ve ever had. Extremely professional and no issues at all. Affordable price and great service.

I highly recommend Stratus Clean of Los Angeles. They are a professional company with a personal touch. Karina is wonderful (as is her crew). She’s friendly, down to earth, and straightforward. If we have an issue, she’s right there to find a solution. We are blessed to have Stratus keep our church clean.

Professional and reliable. I use them for both of my dance studios and have been very happy over the last year and a half.

Priscilla and team have been so easy to work with. We manage our locations in Southern CA remotely and have worked with the team on a cleaning strategy/schedule that works wonderfully for our business. By far the best team in the area!

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Calls went unanswered, follow-ups were ignored, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. In an industry where reliability and communication are key, they fell short on both. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve, but for now, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
