Stratum provided a competitive bid, and the installation of 16 piers was completed in a single day. Unfortunately I did lose some plants as a result of the install but that is to be expected. The third-party foundation engineer validated that the work was completed successfully. Easy process all around.
Stratum always goes above and beyond. We will never use anyone else for foundation work. They fixed up our bricks and mortar after they finished the piers.
We had stratum come in to do some foundation repair after a really hot summer made our foundation uneven. Ryan came out and walked us through the entire process and we were comfortable the whole way. The crew that came out to do the work was very professional and quick. We had special requests for cleanup/soil removal and they were quite flexible and accommodating.
