Overall service has been great and the requested service was faster then expected. The only trouble was the engineer and the plumbing company used for post work checks were not very responsive and scheduling what they needed to do. That being said, Stratum and the work that they are able to control was top notch work and would recommend their service.
Very bad sarvis
Stratum provided a competitive bid, and the installation of 16 piers was completed in a single day. Unfortunately I did lose some plants as a result of the install but that is to be expected. The third-party foundation engineer validated that the work was completed successfully. Easy process all around.
Stratum always goes above and beyond. We will never use anyone else for foundation work. They fixed up our bricks and mortar after they finished the piers.
