They completed foundation work at our place, did an awesome job. Their quality of job is great.I would highly recommend them!
We have used them three times in total now. They were reasonably priced and did the job in a relatively quick amount of time. They cleaned the place up well and even touched up our mortar (which I have been told is not the norm).

I had 4 different companies come out to survey my house and give me an estimate, and Stratum was—by far—the most flexible and cooperative of the bunch. The gentleman who came out (Ryan, I believe?) was happy to answer my questions and explain the repair in terms that I, a person who was forced to learn a lot about foundation in a very short amount of time, was able to easily understand. Had some concerns about some cracking in my foundation and Ryan came out and gave me reassurance that there wasn’t an issue. I have absolutely zero knowledge about foundations and he could have easily sold me on needing to do some work but it was obvious he was trustworthy and was truly looking out for my best interest. If I ever have a true foundation issue pop up calling Ryan and stratum back is a no-brainer.
