Yall. We were just browsing the shopping center and went in to look at rings & David set the tone for this process. He made us so comfortable and excited. No pressure. I even had to reach back out later for info on some we items we loved there and he was so helpful. I’m obsessed and want to spend all my time in this jewelry store w David. 10/10 recommend. All I can share for images at this time to keep my surprises surprise are the gorgeous hanging flowers outside
Best jewelery store I've ever been too! Dave fixed a couple chains & pendant of mine, changed the battery in my watch and cleaned all the jewelery I was wearing that day. He's super knowledgeable and you can tell he LOVES what he does! Him and his staff are genuinely so kind ! He's got a beautiful and wide variety of jewelery too! This is quite a beautiful store. I will absolutely visit again! Thank you for everything!
Absolutely wonderful experience, Dave was so helpful and friendly. They even did a re size on a Sunday with no notice for my girlfriends engagement ring. Could not be more satisfied, however the next day a side setting ring popped out.. Which was lost. I don't blame them as that can happen when sizing down. Still think they did a great job, only reason it was 4 stars. Other than that, could not recommend them enough.
Me and my partner had to resize a ring and Josh and Doug were so accommodating in getting our ring ready to be picked up the next day! It was superb service and we’ll definitely be coming back here for all our jewelry needs ☺️ Super welcoming and friendly staff!!
A high end Jewellery store with a family run feel. Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of custom & unique pieces. They are also a Birks dealer with a good assortment of their jewellery. They have a goldsmith on site to quickly take care of repairs or alterations. I have bought a number of pieces here and have never been disappointed.
