I called this location to verify that they took my insurance before I asked My doctor for The referral for physical therapy, I was told yes that they do. a few weeks after my referral ha d been sent I still hadn't heard back from them. so I called to ask if they had received my referral and then I'm told that they did but that they don't accept my insurance. Poor communication and wasted my time.

I believe this is the BEST physical therapy in the Northwest side of San Antonio. They are very hands-on to not only feel but help to figure out what the cause root. Dr. Kenny & Dr. Mike are absolutely focused driven to help you and attentive to your feedback. I gotta give a shout out also to all of the staff. I've met a good amount of them and they are so kind, supportive and willing to help. The effort and support to the patient is VERY different from anywhere else I've gone. The appointment department staff needs some serious work! I told the girl on the phone THREE TIMES that I don’t want an appointment before 10AM, she kept telling me 8 or 9 AM. All she had to do was go to the following week. I said “was that so hard?” So she hung up. I know this because the office phone makes a clunky noise. When I called back they tried to lie and say she didn’t do that. But because of the noise, you can tell a hang up from a disconnect. Very different.
