Been customer for over 10 years great service.
We've always been pleased with Stratton Mechanical Services. They installed a new a/c in the spring of 2010 and have been helpful and attentive since that time. So when we started having an issue with our air conditioning in the heat of the summer, I didn't hesitate to call. I was told at that time that they've merged with Summit Heating and Cooling, but would send out a technician the following day. Found Stratton through Angie's List. I use them for my home & my rental property. Working with them is always a good experience and their prices are highly competitive. Nice folks, highly skilled, highly responsive, good prices - what's not to like?
The owner (Dennis) came out and diagnosed my problem, and a work order was swiftly put in, his employee came out 2 days later and fixed my heater issue and my air conditioner both running like new, finally a company who is professional and does not gouge you on the price . If you need HVAC services this is the place to go with. Highly recommend this company. A +
