The first project, a driveway drainage project went really well and was completed in a timely fashion. Communication was excellent. SOOOO, I hired Sam for a more extensive patio project. I hired and paid Sam in MAY 2025 because of my first positive experience. The project began well. However, it is now September--4 months later. The project is not finished. Sam & Stratton Landscaping is by far the most unprofessional contractor I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Sam disappeared once the contract was signed and was unavailable to help resolve various frustrations that occurred during the project. At the end of the day my drainage problems are worse now than before Stratton implemented their "solution", and I can't get a response from anyone at the company. Do not contract with Stratton. Sam won't give you the time of day once he has your cash
