Sam & Stratton Landscaping is by far the most unprofessional contractor I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Sam disappeared once the contract was signed and was unavailable to help resolve various frustrations that occurred during the project. At the end of the day my drainage problems are worse now than before Stratton implemented their "solution", and I can't get a response from anyone at the company. Do not contract with Stratton. Sam won't give you the time of day once he has your cash.
We engaged Sam at Stratton Landscaping for a significant backyard project, and the results are well worth it. Sam and his team were committed throughout the entire process. Job 1 was removing "a lot" of grass to install new beds around the entire back yard and in the front. The hardscapes were beautifully installed, from stone pathways to the cobble stone borders. Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with Stratton. I had them install a stamped concrete patio. The first stain was applied incorrectly and had to be redone. The second they left entire areas unstained and had to come back again. Even after that there are still areas that could use touching up. Now the stain is scraping off in areas already.
