I hired Stratton to install new entry doors on my house. While I wasn’t overly disappointed with their initial interaction, I was quite disappointed with the team they sent to do the work. They sent out three employees to install two doors - but their team needed constant supervision. They made hasty decisions without consulting me and worked in an extremely rushed manner. The living room turned out beautiful. Awesome job on every part of expanding the living room. The hardwood floor is blended perfectly. My only complaint was nothing was ordered ahead of demolition making the project take longer. The finished result was well worth the wait. I will definitely use Stratton again!
