I hired Stratton to install new entry doors on my house. While I wasn’t overly disappointed with their initial interaction, I was quite disappointed with the team they sent to do the work. They sent out three employees to install two doors - but their team needed constant supervision. They made hasty decisions without consulting me and worked in an extremely rushed manner.
