I would not recommend working with a company so desperate for work they continuously reach out years ( 10+ ) later wondering if you are still looking for real estate. I have called and responded and asked to be removed from their SPAMMY communications yet they still cold call. I can’t stand businesses that operate this way- if you feel the same look else where.
