Bad business man!!!! – We contacted Mr Stratton for a refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly. The next morning, Mr Stratton came to our home to repair it. He took our money, said he didn't have a receipt with him but promised to return the next day. We never saw him, nor would he answer our phone calls. I was finally able to get in touch with him, using another phone so he couldn't dodge my call.
