We work with many contractors and these guys are some of the best. Great from the management, superintendents, to employees.
They do not follow through on their word.
Stratton and Bratt has once again let us down. It took them a year to pay us for work that we did for the company last year and we in good faith accepted another job- a rush job- and now have not been paid again since July. Emails and phone calls have been sent every week from august and no response has ever happened. We appreciate the business but need to be paid for work that has been completed in a timely manner. I was driving on the freeway off ramp, and a log bounced off one of their trailers up under my van and damaged my A/C, about $1800 of repairs. I called and filed a claim and was told I’d hear back from someone the next day. Here I am a week later, no one has called. I’ve reached out everyday and been told they’ll mark it “urgent” and should hear back the same day. It’s pretty clear they have no intention of getting in touch with me to make this right. This company has ZERO integrity!!
Would like to add to my low review that this rainy season has proven 1 star, or less, is very accurate. My husband and I are constantly fixing or running into issues this company left us with! One being the fact that our backyard is flooding with the rain. Not to mention the pools auto refill wasn’t properly connected so my husband has to fix that once we start using the pool.
