Big tough blue-collar guy with an invincibility complex, behind the wheel of a Stratton landscaping truck, almost crashed into the back of my car this morning cause he was riding my bumper when I was already doing 10 over the speed limit. Reckless and unsafe behavior. I guess 50+ in a 40 is too slow for him, poor guy.
