We have had Stratton Agency for all the years we have been in business 10+ years. We had a workmens comp issue that turned into a wrongful termination. Stratton Agency did not keep up with the claims. We wind up selling our business and then was hit with a wrongful termination claim. We submitted the claim since this happened 2 years prior to our selling. Stratton Agency then said we were not insured. Since we sold the business we no longer had coverage.
