Appalling. I have been a client of theirs for the last 8 years having paid them tens of thousands of dollars and referred them countless other clients. But their service has really gone downhill in the last 12 months culminating in their director, Bruce Pasetti, belittling and ridiculing me today over invoices they allege are unpaid, many of which I didn't even instruct them on.
