Seriously...The Conveyancing Service was below standard. Communication was poor. Did I employ their services at a bad time for the company? Paperwork lost. Resigning of documents. Property Serches not delivered until after settlement and only when proped. Very disappointed after being highly recommended by a Broker. There is more to be said.....
I would not recommend Stratos Legal to anyone. Stratos Legal were disorganised (I received 4 settlement statements, each with calculation errors), attempted to charge for services not performed, attempted to charge a higher fee for services than set out in their fee estimate, and were aggressive in when I raised my concerns over email. My property settled in April 2024 and today (end June 2024) I have received an email confirming settlement and a request for feedback. I would not use Stratos Legal again.
