My husband and I went to my first appointment with Dr. Swanson and was blown away by his bedside manner, care, and concern about my health. He took his time to sit down with us and answered all our questions, explained a plan of care, and never one time made us feel we were holding him up. We never felt rushed and hurried. Dr. Tezaguic and Becca are so warm and friendly, this clinic is exactly what I needed.
I was referred here by my dear friends and we were so very excited to finally find a place for all our health needs. In this day and age it is truly hard to get medical care esp without insurance. Stratos DPC has what sounds like the greats deal you will find. You pay a one time membership fee (for my husband and I it was $150) then you pay a mothly fee of "around" $80 a month for access to visits with the dr whether its in office, via email, text, or whatever. I am extremely nervous about appointments. I will actually put them off or cancel etc. Today was my first time at Stratos DPC and it was a great experience, I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Tezaguic was awesome at putting me at ease. She was great at explaining my treatment plan and the changes to my medication. So glad my friend Mary referred me to them.
Absolute best service, doctors and nurse. It’s personalized, comfortable, and FAST! Instead of waiting months, you wait a few days, to see your doctor. Your care providers know your name, and it feels like anything but a medical mill like a big corporate doctor’s office. Best healthcare decision we made was signing up with Stratos DPC!
