Every visit is professional and efficient.
Erin and Dr. Qadeer are excellent. However the hygienist at the Oracle location ( she never introduced herself so I dont know her name) had no bedside manners. Zero interest in providing pt. education. Just performed a task without walking through as any clinical professional should. Will be going to Wilmot for routine cleaning moving onwards. I am giving 4 stars just because of Erin and Dr. Qadeer.
I had an amazing new patient experience at Stratman Family Dentistry. Dentists are usually a stressful expensive scary time for me. Lisa was my first point of care and she made me feel calm and safe while taking X-rays. Bless her sweet heart. Meeting Dr Qadir was awesome as he gently performed a full exam and explained my options. Randy, a sweet kind gentleman in the front office explains all your financial options clearly. I will be going ahead with treatment and will update this review after that.
Very comforting and very understanding staff, they treat you with respect and walk you through the payment process clearly
