I recently brought my 3 year old to the emergency department with a very high fever and croup. Our experience was wonderful. She was seen quickly and the staff were all so great with her. The cleaning staff, receptionists, nurses and the doctor were all compassionate and kind which helped make the experience a good one for my child. We are so lucky to have this hospital in our community!
Extremely negligent. Also racist. My mom shared a room with a native lady and they treat her way better, though still seriously negligent and a lit of gender discrimination, and you could tell it was because the woman was indigenous that they were treating her room mate so bad. It was unreal. Like literally just systemic racism at work while this lady suffers in agony and is treated like garbage. Hell they treated her like a criminal for being severely ill with multiple severe, life threatening issues and post surgical pain.... read more
This hospital is the worst hospital in Ontario! I had a receptionist come up to me which her name is Angela files ask me to sign a paper paying for their services and I would get a bill in the mail. I never asked for a room to pay for. You guys don’t have any private rooms in that hospital and even if you did I would not pay for pay more for healthcare than I already do.
