My mom went to Strathroy emerg for pain in her shoulder and the doctor on shift came in and questioned why she came to the hospital, proceeded to poke the bump in her shoulder causing pain…later on then was shaming her for driving herself to the hospital. When reaching out to make a complaint later on, she was specific because she wanted them to know who she was talking about. She said it was older Indian doctor.
