We took our dog Norbert here for the entire time we have owned him. Doug was our vet for nine years and we truly loved every second of it. He explained everything very thoroughly and was wonderful teaching me (a future vet). He helped my parents and was always welcoming and we could not have asked for a better veterinarian. We also took our old man into rehab with Ailsa who is so beyond wonderful. She took extra time with him when he was scared at the beginning and by the end he was practically running into the rehab suite. ... read more
Everyone there is always so helpful, with prompt responses and genuine care
Appointments never start on time. Made an appointment for 4pm. Wasn't seen intil 4:30pm. Our cats have been going there for 18years they don't seem to know anything about our pets including their sex. Both cats are male. The vet kept referring to them as female. Doesn't seem to know anything about their history, food, medications ect. Even though it has all taken place at their clinic. Seems like they like to take ppls time as well as their $.
