This use to be my local. But ive had one to many bad experiences from the front desk staff member Michelle. Shes rude and unhelpful and then blames the patients her passive aggressive behaviour is uncalled for and unneeded. I normally wouldn't complain but its happened to me a few times and other people i know that have gone there before. 0/10 would not recommend as i do not need the negative behaviour especially when i am sick.
Its all about quantity, not quality here. Go elsewhere, they dont listen or care
I only found this medical centre recently and I’m glad I did. Amazing doctors, nurses and staff who make sure you’re seen to straight away and looked after.
A solid and reliable GP centre, appointments are made easily and quickly via their administration staff. The Doctor whom I saw is attentive (Dr Taylan) listened to all my ailments and comes up with a solid solution for me. Recommended.
