I had an appointment yesterday and they asked me for a confirmation text which I DID!! I texted them that I will make it to the appointment and I reached like what? 15 minutes late and I have never once met the doctor I have booked the appointment for. Its always late! Now, when I reach there, the receptionist says that we have marked you now, the doctor can't see you!!!! Wonderful receptionist and nurses who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr Hiruni is a 10/10 doctor who listens and truly wants to help you get better !
I thought I’d jump in and provide my positive review as I felt iffy when reading these reviews prior to my appointment. Reception were absolutely lovely! I saw Dr Patil without even needing to wait. Dr Patil was fantastic and I’m sure is an amazing asset to team. Highly highly recommend
